# Terms & Conditions

**Ordering terms**

Prices relating to Stúdió 68 Reklámajándék Kft. shown on our website, as well as catalogue and webshop prices, are exclusive of VAT. Prices in the Önajándékom.hu consumer webshop are gross prices, including VAT at the rate in force at any given time.

1. **General terms**

- Minimum order value for business gifts: HUF 50,000 net.
- Minimum order value for consumer gifts: not specified
- Please always send us your order in writing
- Samples of the products are available on request. Please return samples to our office within 20 days; otherwise they will be invoiced at the base price
- Our prices are valid until 31 December 2021
- Our prices are guaranteed up to a HUF/EUR mid-market exchange rate of 370 (in the event of significant deviation, the prices of certain products may change slightly)
- Orders may be modified within 24 hours, which may result in a change to the delivery deadline
- If, due to unavoidable circumstances, fulfilment would exceed the deadline stated in the confirmation, we will notify the customer who placed the order by e-mail, fax or telephone
- By submitting an order, you or your company undertake to accept the ordered goods and pay the purchase price
- The customer may withdraw from the order up to 5 working days before the delivery deadline, provided they cover any costs incurred and expenses pre-financed by our company
- Our company is obliged to refund any advance payment made by the customer without delay, but no later than 30 days after the withdrawal
- We will send you a confirmation of your order within 24 hours, setting out the terms we have undertaken
- Stúdió 68 Reklámajándék Kft. declares that it treats all data relating to the Customer obtained during the ordering process as confidential, does not disclose it to third parties, and uses the data it becomes aware of solely for administration related to the purchase (confirmation, scheduling appointments, etc.)
- Please always state the Pantone colours required for branding in your order
- Please supply your artwork in vector format (cdr, eps, pdf, etc.). Failure to do so may incur additional editing and design costs

2. **Payment terms**

- For first orders, we always require payment in cash or by bank transfer in advance
- For orders below HUF 100,000 net, we require payment in cash
- As our cooperation continues, you may switch to payment by bank transfer
- The goods remain the property of Stúdió 68 Kft. until the price of the ordered products has been paid in full

3. **Discounts**

- For advance payment, a 3% discount is deducted from the net invoice total
- For orders above HUF 200,000 net, please always request our individual quote

4. **Delivery terms**

- For orders above HUF 100,000 net, delivery within Budapest is free of charge
- Delivery can also be requested for orders below HUF 100,000 net; the charge within Budapest is HUF 3,500 + VAT per address
- Ordered products can also be collected from our office at a pre-arranged time
- On request, we also deliver ordered goods outside Budapest; the cost is subject to individual agreement. Please always discuss this with your contact person
- We also offer cash-on-delivery shipping, delivered to you by courier
